Trio IAMA
J. S. Bach and improvisation
IAMA Trio: J.S. Bach, F. Mendelssohn and improvisation The IAMA trio was created in 2004 and is involved in presenting new compositions for piano, cello and flute. The trio’s repertoire includes compositions dated from Baroque era to the 21st century. The three musicians also work on electronic music (live or prepared) . Until now, the trio has made appearances in Greece, Cyprus, Germany and Switzerland. In March 2010 they released their album “Present Perfect Vol. 1” (by Dissonance Records) which includes seven compositions by Greek composers.

13 songs Kostas Karotakis’ poems set in music by Lena Platonos These songs are released by “Lyra” in 1982 but they have not presented many times as a complete project. The most well known song is “Vrady” (which means “night”) which has been played in different versions.
